Otafest

Project Overview

Over the next decade, Otafest has grown to become a three day festival with approximately 4000 attendees annually. The festival is run by a non-profit organization (Otafest Film and Cultural Festival Planning Committee), and while we still showcase anime, it is just a part of the festival experience.

Our Approach & Delivery

For Otafest, we adopted a hybrid approach using custom coding in Laravel alongside Wordpress integration to develop a dynamic and immersive website that showcases the festival's vibrant cultural offerings. This combination allowed us to create a visually stunning platform with advanced functionalities, such as event scheduling, ticketing systems, and multimedia content management. The website captures the essence of Otafest's diverse cultural celebration, providing attendees with a seamless browsing experience and easy access to comprehensive festival information. By blending Laravel's custom development capabilities with Wordpress's user-friendly content management, we delivered a responsive and engaging website that enhances the overall festival experience.
